Old 51 Civic Association

The Old 51 Civic Association Meeting August 13,2014.

The Old 51 Association had a very Informative meeting last night at the St John Parish Library, Councilwoman Jaclyn Hotard started off the night speaking about what is going on in St John Parish. Sheriff  MikeTregre was next speaking about crime in the Parish and what he & his Deputies are doing to curb it. Senator Gary Smith was next, and he spoke about the recent session in Baton Rouge, and how that related to St John Parish. Representative Gregory Miller spoke mainly about flooding & the future of our Levees. Thanks to the Speakers for taking the time to address our Members, their input was greatly appreciated by all that attended.
