I am a huge dog lover, but it is starting to become a problem when the owners leave their dogs out late at night to bark- up until 3 a.m.!! Someone on 162nd st please put your dogs in at night. :)

Barking dogs

I live in the same area and totally agree. I bring my dogs inside when my dogs start to bark - to keep from disturbing others.

The barking dogs at night have stopped.
