Someone shot my cat with a BB gun

Also, is there a Broken Arrow OK ordinance on airguns? I would like to use it for personal defense, since i cant afford a real firearm.

I spoke with a person from the local Humane Society.  She informed me that cats must be kept on the owner's property or they are considered "feral" cats.  A homeowner in Ohio may not trap and relocate a feral cat, but is allowed to use whatever means the homeowner deems apprpriate to remove feral cats from your property, including deadly force.  This came from the Humane Society.

I am tired of cats using my yard, my flower beds and my porch (peeing directly on the wood deck of my porch right by my front door).  After spending six weeks on vacation I could find no evidence upon return that the neighbors cats were still using my property as a litter box.  Last week, I got a dog, and when I took him to the vet, at cat peed on my porch, right by the front door while we were gone!  Cats will sit outside our windows to torment our dog and dogs that we used to have.

I have owned cats in the past, but they never left our house.  My dog doesn't roam and use other people's yards to go to the bathroom, and I don't appreciate other people allowing their cats to use mine for the same.  In the future, my yard will be an inviting place for feral cats.

Sorry, mistake in last line.  It should read:

. . . will NOT be an inviting place for feral cats.
