Do we have a date?
I am ready to clean out my garage and have a garage sale. If we do this as a community that would be fantastic, but I am getting to the point that I may just have one without the rest of you because I need to know a date. Sorry, just anxious to have more walking room in our garage. Please let us know very soon. Thanks.

Our Apologies
We as a board would like to apologize to the homeowners for dropping the ball on this one. There will be no community garage sale this year. We at one point had discussed the option of moving it back a few weeks because so much was happening on the week we normally hold it, but the progress or discussion basically ended there. Again, our most sincere apology, we know some of you count on the advertisement and we let you down. Perhaps we can come up with something even more marketable for the garage sales next year, trust me we will be working on that.

yard sale
Is it still to late to have a community yard sale at all? Not even in July? With the advertisement for the community yard sale it pulls so many more people into the neighborhood then just one yard sale does. Not having a community yard sale is a real disappointment.
For anyone else that is interested in doing a yard sale this summer, please post your dates here. So, that way myself and anyothers who are able can also do our yard sale at the same time. Hopefully by having more than one yard sale in the neighborhood we can attract more people.

I'll pass it along
Just a little more information for you, it is not out of the question to have a garage sale for the community yet this summer. The board member who is in charge of all of this was otherwise committed to other projects and didn't have time to commit to this endeavor under it's currewnt schedule but now seems willing to do something in say August. I will ask him to look into these postings and offer some suggestions for dates etc. Thanks for your continued interest.
