1. How do I submit a dues payment?
Write a check payable to Oakbrook Homeowners Association. Mail your payment to P.O. Box 3544, Littleton, CO 80161, or find a Board member and give them your check. Or pay online here:
2. Why should I pay dues?
The HOA depends on contributions from homeowners to upkeep the neighborhood. That includes mundane tasks--such as enforcing the covenants and the landscaping of common areas--as well as fun community activities like food truck events, contests, and the garage sale.
