Our Deed Restrictions were printed up in the 1950's. Revised a little in the 1970's. Here we are in the year of 2005 with deed restrictions that are ancient. We need to update our deed restrictions so that families can build two story homes. But we can't do it until we are able to get new deed restrictions in place.
