OAK HILL IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE
A group of residents met in June, 1995 to discuss creating a fund to directly maintain the common areas of our subdivision. A $25.00 annual fee was suggested and a newsletter is the means of information and organization. The fund is exclusively for paying for lawn care, plants, mulch, fertilizer, cleaning and painting the subdivision wall and pressure cleaning the sidewalk.
Subdivision SIGNS
There was no identification for this subdivision until mid-1996. Funds were ample to begin plans for a sign. The second sign was funded and installed a year later.
