Hey Al....!

I've been making Pizza since I was 15 and was taught by an Italian in Chicago.....but he never taught me the first part of your recipe....GOOD IDEA!!!

I've heard that the Golf Course had decent Pizza but have never tried them.

What made me mad about this situation was that the guy insinuated we were ''POOR'' tippers...and of course that's Bull Shit.

Hi Al..

The ''Secret'' to good Pizza is the quality of the cheese and the sasuage. I have made the sasuage ''One'' time. The cheese is not available in the South like we used in Chicago.

The reason I order pizza: when I go into the MAKE Pizza ''Mode'', I do the whole thing from scratch, except sauce. It's time consuming. Now I buy the crusts from Wally World. The whole kitchen gets screwed-up.

But, I love to make it. It's fun. But much easier to buy it. Sad to say we don't order anymore. I won't do the Papa John's....
