Dumping any type of waste in the common areas is not just against the Deed Restrictions, it is also illegal.
The association recently received a call from the County informing us that such dumping was the primary cause of a clogged storm drain that resulted in flooding in several yards (areas as large as 30?’ X 60?’ were underwater). As they say, ?“Violators will be prosecuted?”.
