2016 ELECTIONS TO BE HELD
CFAAA members will meet November 19 to elect the board for 2016.
The meeting will start at 6:30PM and will be held at the OCFD training center.
Candidates announced thus far are Cheryl Ramage-President, Lee Lehner-Vice President, Sandy Lookabaugh-Treasurer, David Dozier-Member At Large and James Harrison- Secretary. Harrison is a new member from CFA class 18.
Most months, CFAAA members take pot luck to stations and the firefighters keep the left-overs, however, during the November
meeting, we have elected to bring our own take out in lieu of the potluck.
During the meeting, new members from the recent CFA class in attendance will be introduced. Those people will also have the opportunity to run for elected office if they so choose.

CHRISTMAS AT THE FIREHOUSE TO BE HELD
Keith and Gayla Sossamon during CATF (File Photo)
For the past several years, CFAAA has taken breakfast to each fire station, plus the 911 center, on Christmas day.
This year will be no different. Oklahoma City has 36 stations, plus the 911 center and needs volunteers to take the food. Here are the procedures.
As a CFAAA member, you will choose a station to serve. The stations are on a “right of refusal” plan, which means if a member chose the station the prior year, he or she can choose that station, or release it for another person.
Crest and GFF Supermarkets normally donate $10.00 gift certificates to offset part of the cost, which is paid by the person who chooses the station.
The person who selects the station then purchases the ingrediants and delivers them on Christmas day. This year is the red shift.
To choose a station, contact Cheryl Klein, at clklein55@yahoo.com
