Changes in the By-Laws

A member approached President Ramage wanting to look at changing some wording in the bylaws. The board met and discussed the changes and came up with wording that they feel reflected the wishes of the member.

According to Section 8 – Amendments, 8-2

8.2          Voting.  The Bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of the membership present and voting at any regular or special meeting called for the purpose, provided the proposed amendments have been included in the notice of the meeting and transmitted to each member at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the meeting.
