The annual meeting of Northpark Gardens

(Yes.  .  . it really happened.  .  . the quorum was met on Saturday)

•    Annual Budget approved – NO RAISE IN DUES!
•    New Board Members elected from proposed slate

  Brian Ahmes, Ted Grille, Carrie Jane Loftis, John Lovelace, Cynthia Mills

•    New Officers Elected

     President:                        Don Sander
     Vice-President:              John Lovelace
     Treasurer:                       Carrie Jane Loftis
      Secretary:                        Brian Ahmes
      Cynthia Mills will send out periodic updates from Board actions

•    All last year expenses came from Operating Fund
•    No funds used from Reserve Fund
•    More than 52K added to Reserve Fund last year
