Southfield Style: From the Early Houses to the Ranch Homes Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Auditorium & Meeting Room. Members of the Southfield Historical Society will speak on our earliest residences. Ellen Thackery, Field Representative from the Michigan Historical Preservation Network will speak about the historic changes in culture that brought about Northland Mall, highways and most importantly the ranch style home within our City. Join them for a reception following the program.
