Think about it, you pay taxes to the federal government, you pay taxes to the state, you pay fees (taxes) for your HOA, you pay fees (taxes) for Montgomery Village, don't you think at least one of those last two are unnecessary?
MVF, pools, percentage of residents that use this service I expect is a minority, sell it to a private contractor and remove those fees (taxes), parks playgrounds, lakes and courts, all open to the public, why are you paying for them, turn it over to the parks department and remove those fees. Architectural control, why do they know better than your HOA when it comes to what YOUR home looks like?
