I am doing an appraiser an appraisal on Northbridge Ln, & I need the know if the $100 HOA fee per year is mandatory?, is the HOA is not in control of the developer? (no...), & what the HOA fee is used for (entrance, reserve areas?. Thanks, Ken Hergesell, appraiser.
