Recently on 3/30/03 a drunk driver speeding down our street on E. 17 Place hit our company vehicle and left the scene before the driver could be apprehended and charged. The vehicle was stolen. If anyone knows this person which is why the person was in the neighborhood I would appreciate info so that I may attempt to recover losses and put a stop to speeding down our neighborhood.
