Neighbors

Hot one,

Turning peoples power off is not an acceptable way of spending your time and is both illegal as i must inform you and can be grounds for eviction from the complex in the most serious stages. We do not wish any harm to come to anyone due to an un-needed act of ignorance. As stated above management is taking the correct actions in resolving this issue and it will be handled accordingly.

Management hasnt done anything, i know what the problem is. Its that Ray guy, the one who walks around and sticks out his steroid induced muscles and acts likes his crap done smell, ever since he moved in people are afraid to come out becasue that idiot is psycho and is gonna hurt someone, when he first moved in he was starting trouble with some girl and a guy up front and i watched him punch the door several times, he just needs to go and i think everything woudl be fine i used to go running at night in the summer but ever since i saw him walkin around with his gun in his hands last summer i quit goin that way, he's a dumb sob and just likes to try and start trouble, someone should shut his power off and his water and cable and everything else then hopefully he'd move, hopefully across the freakin country, hey but thats just my opinion/.

By stooping to his level and turning the power/cable/everything else off, this would make us as ignorant as he is. Instead, we should come together and become a close-knit community. We should make it known to the management that we are ignorning his childish behavior and becoming a community that talks about our issues and works them out, instead of a community that fights back by doing the same stupid behaviors that he was doing in the first place.

We are all neighbors and we must remember that we have to walk by eachother at some point, so why make things worse when we can make things better?

I agree to a point that management should have at least made it known that something is/will being/be done about his behavior. We should not have to fear our neighbors. A lot of tennants have children in the complex, and his behaviors indicate a need to keep children away from him just in case.

I do thank all of the people who continue to post here, as it shows a growing community of support.
