I know that the WP police chased off kids who were parking at the church parking lot , and not attending Sunday School, but where they were gaining easy access to the area you speak of. Kudos for Jim Carter, kids have not come back to park. If you recognize the so called WP kids, then call the parents. CSX and for that matter, all railroads will give little help, in fact NO help, in solving such issues and will tell you that going on the RR property is trespass no matter who. Police can't go on the property unless when witnessing a crime or chasing a crook. The underpass area is a no man's land as far as the police are concerned. None of them want to take any control for the area since none of them will accept that it is in their district. Kids or other than kids know that and can escape detection. With regards to neighboring people in WP living near the tracks, becareful that you don't trespass, as if anyone will stop you. Sorry about the dog, hope it is better and I also have ill regard for animal abusers or anyone or thing that can't defend it's self. Ten foot fences installed by the neightbors might stop or slow disturbances and maybe RR train noise as well, but certainly will be a target for those idiot that spray paint every surface available in Louisville. Railway move stock not exempted as well.
