nap Respected Neighbor Pawtucket, RI 3152 Posts	Three RI-based writers to 'further their work' with prestigious MacColl Johnson Fellowships and they will celebrate the holidays well I am sure with the RI Foundation help Three Rhode Island based writers - Pawtucket resident Matthew Derby and Providence residents Marie Myung-Ok Lee and Christine Montross - each have been awarded $25,000 fellowships from the Robert and Margaret MacColl Johnson Fellowship Fund at The Rhode Island Foundation. The fellowships are intended "to fund an artist's vision or voice." They are awarded on a three-year cycle to composers, writers, and visual artists. In addition to the three fellows, three individuals were named as finalists in recognition of the artistic merit and strong showing of their work. February 12th 2010 Report Reply
