Hi! My husband and I are relocating to DE from PA for his job and to downsize. We have looked all over New Castle County and really like Congressional Village the most. They are very well kept, at least on the outside, we haven't seen inside other than pictures. My questions are:

1. Why is the condo fee so high?

2. Can anyone tell me anything good and/or bad about living there from experience
