There have been a lot of cars speeding down creekside court and hanging out in the circle. Trash is found in the circle like food and condoms and beer bottles. People blasting their car stereos and cars going down the dirt road behind the circle. People are sometimes sitting in their cars at night and we do not feel safe or comfortable because we don't know what they are up to. What can be done? Can lights be put up in the circle to keep people from hanging out in the circle at night? Some kind of surveillance system that the police can use to see what is going on so we can feel safe living here?

When you say the circle, are you referring to the cul de sac at the end of the townhomes?
