I'm in. I hope others will be in soon. I have the first topic for anyone who is out there.... Traffic. Please start calling the police and reporting any vehicles that you spot in our neighborhood speeding or with their music playing to loud. I know that I am not the only one who can hear what is going on in the street from their couch. Am I the only one calling the New Castle Police department reporting the noise ordinance violators and those who want to speed on our streets. If so, please join me. The number is 573-2800 together we can get a better police presence in our neighborhood. Speak out against these people who are an annoyance! We have a nice neighborhood here, but to keep it we need to be involved.
