Has anyone rode down Jackson Street lately.  Pay attention to the block immediately after the boys club to the right as you drive by.  There are a hoard of loiterers standing and lounging on old dirty sofas and chairs right on the sidewalk.  They sit and stand there all day loitering the entire block.  I even noticed a toddler out there with them.  I think this is a disgusting result of what is allowed to take place in hedgeville.  Im just shocked that people are permitted to do that on any ol sidewalk.  I think loiterers are a nusance and they degrade the quality of life for eveyone in a community...
