Neighborhood Conservation Program - Overland Park, KS

In 1990, the City of Overland Park researched ways to provide additional services to neighborhoods. As a result of this effort, the city created the Neighborhood Conservation Program. The program assists residents of Overland Park, Kansas with organizing and developing new neighborhood organizations for their neighborhood and provides limited staff support to existing neighborhood organizations and homes associations.
