Neighborhood Association Advisory Group

I live near 71st and Fruitridge and am continuing being harrased by big 18 wheelers delivering to a large Asian Supermarket nearby. The trucks are ruining my driveway, and the patrons of the store litter terribly. How can I get the correct authorities on this business?
