Our new management company is Oasis.  You can check them out at oasiscommunitymanagement.com.  Once they take over on Nov 1, Brett, our new property manager will send out info on when and who to pay the assesments.  I will post all the new information on the appropriate pages here on the website shortly.  Brett will be at our next meeting as well to introduce his company and explain what to expect from them.  The next few meeting dates are posted in the community calendar.  I expect our annual meeting will be held in December.

What about people who already paid Kachina this month like we were supposed to?  Do we get a refund or end up double paying or will our assessments just not be due for another 3 months as usual?

All money will be transferred to our new management company.  Everyone should pay their dues as usual this month.
