Near North Side(Short North, Weinland Park)

I am having a problem with someone letting their dog poop in my yard. My husband literally dreads cutting the grass because there is poop everywhere! Just the other day I walked out my house to almost step in poop right around my front steps!!! I have a little child and the LAST thing I need to be worried about when I walk outside my house is stepping in Dog poop! We don't have a fence in our backyard but just because we don't doesn't mean to let a dog poop in it!. If you have a dog, please, PLEASE pick up the poop. I am a determined person and I am determined to catch the person that's letting their dog do this! Is anyone else having this problem???
