Tired of not having anything to do? Get ready for the Second Annual Bands in the Park, brought to you by the Mayor's Youth Council along with Metro Parks and the Oasis Center. It's mission: to bring together a diverse crowd of young people through a series of drug and alcohol free concerts organized by youth, for youth. To attract a lot of different kinds of people, there will be a wide variety of music. The lineups aren't completely set yet but there will be four shows this summer: June 3, July 1, August 5 and September 30. The shows will begin at 7:00 p.m. and end around 11:00.
