Ok folks - we all know it's the middle of winter and right after the holidays, but can we PLEASE do something about the unkept yards around the neighborhood!? I don't mean the Christmas decorations that are still up, I mean the JUNK and CRAP just sitting in yards, leaning up against garage doors, on front porches, etc. Have some pride in your home! Renting and pressure washer is cheap and it's very easy to wash the mold and dirt off the siding. Sure everyone's lawns are dead, but it can still look neat and maintained. Are these homeowners being notified by the HOA?
