WELCOME

Hello. Does this group exist anymore? I live at 9th and Clement and have been the sole person responsible for cleaning up my neighborhood of debris. I am part of Adopt A Street. I am looking for a resource for soil. I am planning on sprucing up one of the planter boxes across the street form my apt. It is ajacent to the public parking lot across the street from the Richmond Library.
