About our association

Falls of Neuse Homeowners Association, Inc.

We are better known as Olde Saybrook at the Falls - or Saybrook at the Falls. The entrance name depends on whether you are entering from the City of Raleigh, or the Wake Forest address, which are where the original homes are located - on the same street, which is Waterwood. Waterwood is the main street in our association.

Wonderful Place to live

We are a small neighborhood comprised of homeowners from retirement age to young homeowners with their first homes. We have no amenities such as a pool, but can pay membership and have pool privileges at another neighborhood just across the road a bit from us if we choose.

Great location

We are located near the YMCA, high school, elementary, and middle schools are also within 4 miles of us. We are bordered by land owned by the Army Corps so many of us are afforded privacy with wooded areas bordering our homes and wildlife is abundant.
