I live on 32nd Street in North Park. We have signs posted on our street for street sweeping on one side of the street EVERY Monday and Wednesday and the other side EVERY Tuesday and Thursday, until 11 am. I have checked around and I have found that other streets have street sweeping only twice a month. I think this is ridiculous. Why could we possibly need our street sweeped 4 times a week? Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can get this changed. I am willing to go to city council meetings, get a petition signed pretty much anyone in the neighborhood and do whatever I can. I think this is totally unfair for the residents of North Park. If this is a way to keep people who do not live here, or for those who choose to abandon their cars here, I am sure we as a community can think of betters ways to remedy that situation.
