Should Conn St. be closed off at Parthenia Ave.? Would this prevent the cut thru traffic to and from Manslick Rd.? That would stil leave 3 access roads from the Jacobs subdivision to Berry Blvd.,one at Powell Ave., one at Wheeler Ave. and another at Lentz Ave.
