Speed Limit Lowered to 30 mph on Mission Ave.

After lobbying the City Council for years, the current Council finally lowered the speed limit on Mission Ave. including the newly created Indiana Parkway/Mission Parkway to 30 mph due to the increased traffic and lack of controlled intersections.  This was a huge victory.  We are still waiting for the city to provide the framework for a Pedestrian Flagging program to make it much safer to children and families to cross Mission Ave.
