Hi, I have been looking at homes in your area and have found one on 122nd Ct. but I am a little skeptical by the ad response if it is a scam or if it is legit.
The address is 7908 NW 122nd Ct.
I have been by the house and confirmed it is vacant. But, I am just afraid that the whole thing is not as innocent as it appears.
The rent offer was extremely low for what it appears to be offering (too good to be true).
The name I was given is David Riddle.
If anyone knows anything about this home and/or the owners please message me back. I would love to talk to someone via phone or even meet at the house.
