Back Dues

Posted in: N Creek Village

Where did you get this information?  I have heard nothing about this.  The board of directors doesn't meet until July 14.

It appears every post from Almost Broke in KC is negative.  I would like to know where Almost Broke got their information in their blog about past dues.

Good observation. I'm not gonna log into here and post about how great the Royals are doing...

In case you haven't noticed, Curry is running their own agenda here. If anyone cares to check out the Better Business Bureau, Curry Property Management has "F" rating.

I'm sorry for being so "negative" but in my book, it's called being cautious.

I just checked Curry's rating on the BBB (www.betterbusinessbureau.com and follow the prompts) and they are rated B, with 2 customer complaints in the last 36 months, one of which has been resolved by Curry and the other dropped by the customer.

It's fine to be cautious, but please get your facts straight before you shoot off your mouth.

Okay, I see I'm dealing with an uneducated person here. Let me explain things to you. Let me know if I am using too big of words. Curry Investments is a parent real estate company that has incorporated many sibling corporations underneath it. And while Curry Real Estate has a long time positive image (as shown by the B rating), Curry Management (the HOA) does have the F rating. So before you start shooting your mouth off, get your facts straight. It really makes you look ignorant when you make posts like you do.

Now for the positive spin: Wasn't the weather this weekend awesome? I know everyones lawn greened up with the rain we got this morning.
