No it did not mention it at all.  I wasn't sure why I got an email except my email address is on this site.  I am going to stop by and introduce myself next thursday.  Just to see what is on their mind.  We do need to have a working relationship but I too agree that annexation is not the answer.  It is a win-win for them.  But that is only my opinion, and it may not be worth a whole lot.

Your opinion is just as important as anyone's.  Annexation is definitely not the answer.  It would be interesting to learn if they have more than two policemen now.  In the past, there have only been two and they have had their hands full.  Since the village of Ferrelview has not had the revenue to build their own community center or expand  recreational facilities in the past, my feeling is that they would like to be able to use our clubhouse and pool.  FYI, Ferrelview has also  had problems in the past with broken water lines and many people feel their water rates are high.  What we really need is some way to prevent trespassing and vandalism by unauthorized Ferrelview non-residents.
