Yes, it's bad anytime a business closes, but in this case it comes as no surprise. The quality of the food and service has never been consistant. Turn over has always been a problem as I understand Ms Meeker is no fun to work for. The place has been subsidized since the beginning by the well healed investor/owners. According to the journal, Ms Meeker has not been involved in the operation of the restaurant for some time, but maybe the journal is wrong?
