Subjective  and incidental is--- what it is.

It was no different when Bush declared the -mission accomplished- in the most televised and revered photo op in his two term history. And-- in spite of the obvious and clear intent it wasn't, and no amount of spatting about it would ever change that, but to say as they did then-- well, that's a subjective view. We meant this we meant that.

 I don't call myself a teacher, I was---a teacher and political science wasn't my forte but----math and sociology were. Potato po-totto is how we can relegate just about every argument anyone can try to make when comparing Bush to obama. I don't like either of em and that's that. But when we never seem to find ANY fault in one but EVERYTHING in the other, Yes I do get my panties in a bunch. Be brave tell the truth ---is what we learned from an age where the buck was to stop where it belonged. If obama is a usless inexperienced hack, so was Bush. Besides I'll never forgive what he did to our educational system with the brilliant maneuver to defund our schools and set us bacj educationally two decades. That's a painful truth that IS a serious problem still today and he never should have signed NCLB among many other bills.

Or as you might re-wright this --------blah blah blah blah obama bad Bush good. I'll go with the previous not the latter.

Oh, I get it now. Like when nobama came on tv to the world to say that THE LAST COMBAT TROOPS WERE NOW OUT OF IRAQ, just before the fall mid-term elections. Except...except...except the DOD kept on reporting when more combat troops got  killed AFTER that announcement.

I wonder if signing that NCLB act coincided in any way with your retirement from teaching?  And since you offer no proof of what you are alleging about our educational system; we'll just leave what you said as only your subjective opinion. (Darn-there's that word again.)

Oh for goodness sakes.  My research has been so centered on the GPC fumes that I overlooked the pesky details about this Mission Accomplished matter.  Seems now that I do some checking, W never claimed that, but merely looked at a banner making that claim that was hung on the ship by the crew.  Bush talked about the end of major combat operations.  Funny isn't it how these rumors get started.  First it's Brian Williams on NBC, then I watch that nice Hoda and Kathie Lee, and hear it from them, and the next thing you know I'm blabbing about it on a local board with people who actually know what happened.  This internet thing is great, if you use it. 

You got to keep in mind.  You are not talking to some old woman in Illinois that goes by "BDI".   In reality, you are talking to a communist community college instructor who lives in Mason City.
