Muscatine

Would someone help me out, please.  Where does the Mayor of Muscatine have veto power?   How many votes does it take to overturn the Mayor's veto?

Mayors can veto an ordinance, amendment, or resolution within fourteen days after passage. The council can pass the measure again by a vote of not less than two- thirds of all of the members of the council, but it has to be within thrity days of a veto.

Isn't it funny how 'republican' and msmal want everyone to do the research for them? I am sure that 'republican' is capable of finding out that answer himself if he so wishes but wants to put the onus on someone else. Msmal listens to Rush for 3 minutes and wants to know what he might have said about obama and then says that Rush lies. Don't we just enjoy this kind of bullshit?
