I am left to wonder two things.

What specifically has Rush said lately that isn't true?

Where did you get the idea that he supported everything Bush did?

Well Fox, I haven't time to listen to Rush 3 hours every day   I have more important things to do most days.   I think I might have a few minutes this Thursday.

But my three minutes is really enough.

Rush said the bridges were in imminent danger of collapse and about to plunge people to their deaths.   That is false.   If the state DOT's put those bridges on a list of bridges in imminent danger of collapse, the bridges would be closed and no one would be in danger of being plunged to their deaths.

He makes it up or in other words lies.

I'm sure he brought this up in order to have something to blame Obama for for not having had them fixed.    Why else?

And I'm also sure he is not in favor of raising the gasoline tax to get the money to keep them in repair.

It's Obama's fault either way in the Rush viewpoint.

And sadly I think you go along with it.

Well, that was a good try.  But Rush didn't say the bridges would collapse, although I'm sure some talking head from the networks convinced you in a 15 second sound bite that he did.  I listened that day.  What he did, of course, was pose a question when Obama stated that the bridges were in such disrepair during his job bill push.  He asked why, if the bridges are in such a state, are we putting lives at risk by waiting to fix them.  It's not like we don't already spend money we don't have.  Obama has taken that to new levels.

But you don't know that, because you don't listen.   We can only imagine where your version came from.

Run along now.

No no fox, I see your confusion, to better put it would be to say that, once we formulate an opinion, based on balogna or truth cast by someone else, we have the duty to recognize that we either trust that information or we don't. I get him most of the time but either way he has such a comical slant to me, he's just a funny guy. Not to say that rush is always wrong, not at all. He's right much of the time I feel. I didn't wish to convey that he was always wrong or lied. I hope that wasn't your take. But like you or another said, there is a reason he's so dagnabbed popular. I listen to him as much as I get to, but couldn't get enough of him during the clinton roller coaster ride. So again, to me, he believes most of the stuff he spews, and that which he doesn't believe? He will offer as opinions of another. You know, don't shoot the messenger thing.

You said he "actually believes what he spews".  Would you rather him not believe what he says?   Or is it merely his delivery that you seem to dislke so much?

I believe you believe much of what you spew as well.

I believe that when dealing with BDI, we should ban the "I'm old, therefore I know more than you" card, along with the "race" card.
