And in case you'd like to catch up on some reading, the Public Report from the Vice-Presidents Task Force on Combatting Terrorism, which according to him doesn't exist,  and which details the very policy that he says doesn't exist, can also be found on many other websites. I'd suggest that the Hathi Trust Digital Library is the best way to view this lengthy document.  It's very easy to navigate.  Also, Sourcewatch.org and higginsctc.org have it in full.  Shoot, even Amazon.com had it for sale, but apparently does not have it in stock as of now.
