dems, repubs destroying America

Posted in: Muscatine

For those of you who don't speak Mobese, allow me to offer a loose translation of his last post.

"I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, so will continue to post hundreds of disjointed, rambling and absurd youtube videos in hopes that someone will eventually actually watch one.  When that happens and I am challenged, I will claim that was part of my master plan, to motivate other posters to do research and help me prove my unfathomable point."

You're welcome.

The Lies of James O'Keefe

September 29, 2010 4:08 pm ET — 74 Comments

CNN reports that conservative activist James O'Keefe attempted to "punk" a CNN reporter by luring her onto a boat "filled with sexually explicit props" and recording the encounter, a charge O'Keefe denies. If true, the alleged deception would be the latest in a string of lies and falsehoods O'Keefe has used to push his ideological agenda.

James O'Keefe: A history of lies, falsehoods, and deception

O'Keefe falsely claimed that ACORN tapes were a "nationwide ACORN child prostitution investigation" that implicated many ACORN employees. Discussing the ACORN videos created by O'Keefe and fellow conservative activist Hannah Giles, O'Keefe falsely claimed that the video campaign was a "nationwide ACORN child prostitution investigation" implicating many ACORN employees. But in at least six of the eight heavily edited videos produced by O'Keefe and Giles and distributed by Andrew Breitbart, either the activists did not clearly tell the ACORN employees that they were planning to engage in child prostitution;

"Friend of O'Keefe reportedly objected to past transcript distortion. A September 18, 2009, New York Times article reported that Liz Farkas, a college friend of O'Keefe's while at Rutgers University, said she "grew disillusioned" after O'Keefe asked Farkas to help deceptively "edit the script" of a video involving a nurse at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mobay,

What I'd suggest is that you do a little more research on the material you post before you post it.   Also do a reality check on it.   Think through how some of those conspiracies would have to happen.   Some require the covert participation of hundreds which is unlikely to be kept secret.

A prime example is the airplane crash in Pennsylvania.   If I recall correctly, you've given us more than one explanation of why it didn't happen.   When you think it through, that would mean several dozen air traffic controllers would have to be wrong or silenced.   The recordings of the flight paths destroyed.   There is more than one private organization that tracks flight paths on line.  The passengers and crew would have to be disposed of.   The first responders would have to be dishonest or quieted.   The people who did the recovery of the wreckage would have to be silenced.   It just can't happen.

Same for the planting of explosives at the WTC.

A more believable one is that Oswald didn't kill Kennedy.   That conspiracy requires only a half dozen or less to be in on it.   Maybe only one, the shooter.

Posting fewer and more believable theories would encourage people to actually read them.   As it is we all feel we are inundated with mostly trash and don't take the time to search for the nuggets.

Trying to be helpful.

Mobay,

What I'd suggest is that you do a little more research on the material you post before you post it.   Also do a reality check on it.   Think through how some of those conspiracies would have to happen.   Some require the covert participation of hundreds which is unlikely to be kept secret. where are these people going to go  with their information, mainstream media, the government. what happens to whistle blowers. here are some, here's bradley manning sitting in prison for leaking collateral murder tapemystrious deaths of 9/11 witnesses, mytrious deaths of nine gulf oil spill whistle blowers, dc madam palfrey, video of gunshots at polish president's plane crash, polish plane crash update; film maker assassinated. "A great deal of the success of the CIA is due to its ability to attract patriotic, good soldiers who believe in the general rightness of what they do, and then insulate them through compartmentalization from the heavier activities." --John Stockwell, former CIA officer, The Praetorian Guard: The U.S. Role in the New World Order

A prime example is the airplane crash in Pennsylvania.   If I recall correctly, you've given us more than one explanation of why it didn't happen. which one did I say I believed was true or did I say I wasn't sure about these!!!

A more believable one is that Oswald didn't kill Kennedy.   That conspiracy requires only a half dozen or less to be in on it.   Maybe only one, the shooter.
