No. In the shortest of definitions prejudice is a thought and discrimination is a action. Prejudice does not have to be bad. I believe we're all prejudice in the love we have for our kids.

Sometimes it's good to go back to the original post and remind everyone what we are talking about here:

"At the Forum Saturday, a woman addressed Hahn about the concept of the Legislature being a group of Old White Men over the age of 70. Hahn didn't appreciate it, and during the Forum  break got quite verbal with her.  He did in fact act like a old white man.  Maybe its time for Old White Hahn to retire."

Then we've gone through the subsequent parsing of words in an attempt to deflect people away from the original post.  We all know what we are talking about here.  It is what is going on in some of these bone heads minds and it is about how loathsome they can get.

I say againn: "Now all the liberal bigotry is exposed right here on this web site.  Ugly aren't they."

"He did in fact act like a old white man." I still want a descriptive answer to what old white men act like. None of this bull that Hahn acts like an old white man. The inability to back up your claims show the board that this was a stupid statement. Stupid is as stupid does.

You are correct in that I wasn't in attendence, but I read the editorial in Thurs journal and they described her as microphone-hugging. Was she really grouchy? Well they didn't describe her as Little Mary Sunshine and the fact that she was basically calling Sen Hahn an old white man sure smacks of of ill-humor. How long did she hog the mic? The editorial did not give a time. They report, we decide.
