Muscatine

The Muscatine Journal front page gave notice to a upcoming public hearing on GPC's pollution issue.   What comments should be stated at the meeting?  The particulates are apparently quite dangerous,  and will hurt your lungs, and apparently GPC even admits they have been dumping them into all of our lungs.  Is there a discord between our local employer and the residents of Muscatine?

Anyone have any suggestions as what should be done?

You certainly have my blessing to go and ask the questions that are apparently burning in your gut. The people on this board have no power to solve that issue.

JC means this message "board"; not the one covening in Des Moines. I admire that you are going to drive to Des Moines for this hearing and participate, though. I did notice, though, that of the four issues to be discussed; that all have been addressed by GPC. So, apparently, there are no current pollution or permit issues at hand. The discussions will center around four past issues, since they have been addressed, as I read it.
