I think the best plan is to let him flit around all these posts with his comments from his fantasy land and his demands and all the "he, he's" and let it go at that.   If  he'd drop his bullying tactics it would help but that appears to be his main effort and it doesn't appear as though he can help hmself.

Consider it amusement and move on.
