What is going on at the County Attorney's Office now?  A part time womanizer to his Replacement wanting more prosecuting lawyers than we have true cases.  Hope the BOS wakes up and tells him to stay within his budget.  He can cut cases to save money, maybe only trying some of the true criminals.

Its automatic, if he gets overloaded, the State will step in and try them.

Not sure what your claims are based on...however,,,,,,,,,he just bargained away the last most recent murder in Musc Co.!  (Noble). I thought he said he would prosecute all murder cases to the full extent of the law when he was campaigning. He also bragged about trials he completed he did, where he was only second-chair....ooops!

I see the word "loose" used incorrectly - especially on this forum. Think of it this way:

my pants are feeling a tad tight, I think I had better lose some weight. Later: wow, my pants are feeling loose now that I have lost weight.

Of all the things that the County Atty may be, 'looser' ain't one of them.
