It's hard to give this much credibility.   The claim is made that the plane has something attached to its belly.   Presumably to control it remotely.   A somewhat blurred picture is provided as proof.   The same picture leaves off the rear third of the plane (about at the 3:10 minute).   An obvious alteration.

You might have some argument that someone in our government allowed this to happen either deliberately or accidentally, but all the conspiracy theorieswhich require a huge number of people being involved and very sophisticated technology just don't make sense.
