WOW.  You dont know anything.  Imwatching where are you getting this stuff about Ryan running an administration like the good ol boy system.  You have no idea about the man.  Ryan is one of the most fairest men I have ever had the plessure to meet.  If you work hard, show dedication, and be loyal to the office, and law enforcement then you will succeed in his administration.  Have you worked for Ryan?  If not then you have no idea. 

I can't believe that the imwatching account hasn't been closed by AJ Johnson, with Dan Beenen and Ken Rogers being city employees, and using city computers.  The city might need to make sure their employees are doing their work.
