Good heavens!

Frightening. All anyone can say................just frightening, and once again GW defends his position. Where do we go from here. " Woe to the earth, for he has been cast down." Makes me want to look for the "Man on the white horse as he descends from  the heavens with a SHOUT ." Almost happy I'm too old to look much further ahead any longer. I feel so badly for the next generation. What a tragic and willful manipulation of our world and future this past eight years has been. ............Lord help us.

God Bless.

Yep, and I heard that Hurricane Katrina was Bush's fault too.  And 9-11.  And measles.

Yep,

You're right Max.

Dobs: "I long for another Truman." (I know you didn't bring up Truman)Bush could never be compared to him with regard to the integrity of the oval office. We know that Bush didn't write the legislation that has allowed these obscene undermining of our democracy and global standing. He simply signed them into reality. Since Brownie was doing such a good job, GW didn't need to be involved in "Katrina" Also............anyone who thinks he had anything to do with 9/11 outside of some meager complacency, is probably still looking for answers to Roswell or for JFK's real killer. Or, the "Wizard. "Measles".........that's a good one. Gosh, he was born about that time.........might actually be from Roswell instead of Connecticut. And........oh heavens, he may never have had the measles. I like GW,(just not as the leader of the free world) he's about the neatest, cool, good ole boy, dude, who ever butchered the english language so badly that we ever had in the white house. I'd love to talk to him once and get to know the real GW because the man in the oval office isn't who he really is. I have not walked into a movie house in thirty years, but sure would like to see Stone's "W" once.(Hyperbole at it's finest) I'm sure, but what fun it has to be.

Face it Max. In the minds of most folks these days... even McCain's, nothing physically, nor any sarcastic rhetoric will ever bring that man into the spectrum of nuance or deliverance that the highest post in this land commands. But for a Harvard grad. You'd certainly think so wouldn't you?.............. No thank you, consecutive terms as Texas Gov. Still mean little, just as it meant little that Clinton was Gov. Of Arkansas. But there again I'd find it difficult to draw any comparisons between "Slick Wilie" and GW either. (Aside of one's personal life) More like GW and Palin. Tough Love folks. Our leaders deserve nothing less too. The Anti- Education President, he'll always be, in my tired old eyes.

God Bless
